Visual aspect

Vivid and glittering to the eye, the colour is a clear limpid yellow with golden highlights.

Olfactory aspect

Very expressive and very aromatic on the nose at the beginning with mingling aromas of apricot, peach, and exotic fruits.
Next, there is an underlying scent of sweet spices and almond paste.
Very complex on the nose, it creates an immediate desire to taste.

Gustative aspect

The attack in the mouth is frank and straightforward, there is a nice density in the middle of the mouth where we re-discover the fruity aromas we first encountered on the nose, the final impression is that it is flavourful yet refined in the mouth.
Evident from the beginning to the end of the tasting process is a very unmistakable minerality that accords depth and magnificent purity to the whole experience.

Really beautiful Chablis 1er cru, all about roundness, length and maturity.The fruit and that the wine is so substantial, is surprising. Defines the 2009 vintage ...
