· Cellarman certificate of Vannes école hôtelière
· 2005 Best French Cellarman apprentice

Currently

Perrine has founded her own cave and wineshop: Chai n°5 at St Quentin (02100) in Picardie
It is not only a wineshop but also a lounge where you can taste and enjoy wines from all over the world
