Presenting the team

Benoît Having arrived at the estate in 2005, Benoît got acquainted with vines freshly out of school. He splits his time between the vines and our second activity, the cereals we grow.	Sandra Having arrived in 2006, Sandra brought a much appreciated feminine touch to our team. She takes care of our accounting. Sandra is also is in charge of our internet site and may have you taste our wines from Chablis at the estate and at the exhibitions we participate in.
Yann At the estate since 2001, Yann was trained on all aspects of vine management. His varied abilities include being able to drive, maintain and repair the agricultural and viticultural engines.	Fabien At the estate since January 2008, Fabien is learning vines hands-on with us. He is also in large part of the labeling and you will find him in the vat room during harvest.
Paterne He is a man of the terrain. His principal role is to look after all activity connected to the cereals we grow and to organize the work our our salaried employees who work in the vineyards. You may also meet up with him at the exhibitions where we present our wines.	Baudouin If Paterne can be described as a man of the terrain, then I a man of the office. When it comes to our cereal business, I am in charge of merchandising. When it comes to our wine business, my work starts once the grapes are harvested, but finishes when the final client is satisfied; and that takes me back into the office.
